1. God’s Knowledge is Infinite
Psalm 147:5 – "Great is our Lord, and of great power: his understanding is infinite."
God’s understanding has no limits. He knows all things past, present, and future.
2. God Knows the Secrets of the Heart
Psalm 44:21 – "Shall not God search this out? for he knoweth the secrets of the heart."
We may hide things from others, but God sees and knows our deepest thoughts.
3. God Knows Our Words Before We Speak
Psalm 139:4 – "For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O Lord, thou knowest it altogether."
Even before we say a word, God already knows what we will speak.
4. God Knows the End from the Beginning
Isaiah 46:9-10 – "Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done..."
God is not limited by time. He declares the future as if it has already happened.
5. God Knows Our Needs Before We Ask
Matthew 6:8 – "Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye need, before ye ask him."
We pray, not to inform God, but to acknowledge our dependence on Him.
6. God Searches and Knows Every Heart
Jeremiah 17:10 – "I the Lord search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways..."
God's knowledge is not just intellectual; it is personal and relational.
7. Nothing is Hidden from God
Hebrews 4:13 – "Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do."
There is no hiding from God. Everything is exposed before Him.
8. God’s Knowledge Brings Justice
Ecclesiastes 12:14 – "For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil."
Because God knows everything, He will judge righteously.
9. God's Knowledge Leads to His Care
Matthew 10:29-30 – "But the very hairs of your head are all numbered."
God’s knowledge is not just vast but deeply personal—He cares for every detail of our lives.
10. God’s Omniscience Calls Us to Trust Him
Proverbs 3:5-6 – "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding."
Since God knows all things, we can trust His plans, even when we do not understand them.
Conclusion:
Because God is omniscient, we can trust Him completely. His knowledge is perfect, His wisdom is unsearchable, and His care for us is unfailing. Let us live in reverence, faith, and obedience, knowing that we serve an all-knowing God.
